5-6 Fish Fillets

2 cups Fresh Bread - cubed

1 Small Onion - finely chopped

1 Green Pepper - blanched and finely Chopped

8 oz Imitation Crabmeat

1/4 cup Lemon Juice

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Salt & Pepper to taste

Step 1

Place in a large bowl the bread, onion, green pepper, crabmeat, lemon juice mayonnaise and seasonings and mix together till combined.

Step 2

Place equal portions of the stuffing mix on each fish fillet, roll them up and secure with toothpicks.

Step 3

Bake for 30 minutes.

  • It's good with flounder fillets, but any white fish will do.
  • I've used large cod and catfish fillets and butterflied them, just enough so you can roll it up over the stuffing.
